We are giving businesses a platform to express issues they have had with telecoms. While we will aim to help as many of as you as we can, we also hope the telecoms companies sit up, take notice and realise they need to improve, especially within their Customer Service.
Why are we doing this?
The Ofcom Quality Of Service Report July 2010 and the recent Customer Service Week gave us interesting thoughts. As we run a telecoms management company we have people complaining about service of various suppliers all the time. Within the Ofcom report it states that 40% of Broadband customers are not happy with the level of service they receive, 42% of landline customer and 31% of mobile customers.
Essentially, we want to give everyone a platform to vent their frustrations and where possbile we will try to support you - but specifically the telecom companies realise they need to change!
